Refund policy

If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you’re welcome to return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please send an email to lisa@studiorouffaer.com and include your order number.

Returning from the Netherlands

Returns from within the Netherlands can be sent through PostNL or your preferred local postal service.

Refunds apply only to the returned item(s); shipping costs are not refunded. Items purchased in the sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned works must be unused and packed in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer!

Please wrap your return carefully to ensure it arrives safely.
All returns should be shipped with a trackable and insured service.
Studio Rouffaer cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
