Shipping policy

Every order from Studio Rouffaer is prepared and packed with great care. Each frame is securely wrapped to ensure that it arrives safely at its new home.

Within the Netherlands

Orders are shipped with PostNL.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the frame:

• €5,45 for works up to 34 × 28 cm

• €6,45 for works up to 100 × 50 cm 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1–3 business days.

Shipping to Europe

Studio Rouffaer currently ships to several European countries, including Belgium, Germany, France. Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

All frames are shipped with a trackable service.
Each piece is packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, Studio Rouffaer cannot take responsibility for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
